  • If you are unsure of which plan to take please contact us and we can help assist you choose the right plan for you.

  • Yes you can subscribe to either the 3 day or 5 day plans. Following that subscriptions are for a minimum of 4 weeks. You can subscribe for 1 month or on a quarterly basis. The longer you subscribe the greater the discount.

  • How long you sign up for is entirely up to you. We would recommend that you sign up for a minimum of 4 weeks to see the benefits in health, money and time. You may wish to continue for longer as becoming healthy doesn’t happen overnight. If for any reason you wish to reschedule your plans, you may do so at any time as the subscriptions are valid for a year and can be stopped and continued at anytime over the year.

  • No. The food is fresh and doesn’t contain any unnatural additives or preservatives.

  • Typically breakfast will consist of granola and bircher muesli pots (maybe even pancakes!), plus other delicious treats. Lunch and dinner will consist of dishes found all over the world, plus two snacks to enjoy in between meals during the day. Over the period of one month, we will offer a wide variety of meals. None of our breakfasts, lunches or dinners are repeated. That's 60 completely different meals in a month!

  • You may heat your food in the oven, microwave or even in a pan. There will always be instructions with your food. Some of our breakfasts are also delicious served warm, we will always let you know which ones you can heat.

  • You should aim to drink 1.5 to 2 litres of water a day to keep yourself hydrated and also drink herbal teas (low in caffeine). For the best results try and stay away from alcohol, juices, sugary drinks and drinks that include caffeine.

  • The plans have been carefully designed to ensure that what you receive is perfectly balanced. Do bear in mind that if you did eat a lot before then your body my go through a transition period where you may be hungry at the start. In these cases we would recommend eating an extra portion of fruit or vegetables (roughly 120g) along with some nuts or seeds.

  • Deliveries are on Sundays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays depending on which plan you choose.

  • Yes, this we can deliver to you anywhere in the island. Please give one working days notice to ensure the delivery is changed.

  • We will always try and arrange a suitable time for delivery. If for any reason you will not be there you can tell us a safe place to leave your food, or maybe we can leave it with a friendly neighbour. If you know you will not be home on a regular basis please fill in the comments section when signing up and let us know where you would like the food to be left.

  • If you have a neighbour who may be happy to look after your food until your return, we can leave it with them. You may also give us a key so we can enter the building and leave this at your door. We are very trustworthy and will ensure that your key is always safe.

  • The 3 day trial and 5 day trial is non refundable. If you have subscribed to the monthly plan, then the minimum term is one month and this is non refundable. If you have selected for your subscription to be repeated each month, you must cancel before the repeat payment is charged to your card. You will be charged for the next month on the same date exactly one month later.
